Darleen DeRosa

Biography:

Darleen DeRosa, Ph.D., is a managing partner at OnPoint Consulting, with more than 12 years of management consulting experience and deep expertise in the areas of talent/succession management, executive assessment, virtual teams and organizational assessment. Working with clients such as Accenture, Autodesk, Daiichi-Sankyo, Deloitte, EDMC, GlaxoSmithKline and Johnson & Johnson, she helps enhance leader and business performance. Prior to joining OnPoint Consulting, DeRosa was an Executive Director in the Assessment Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates, where she conducted assessments of senior executives across industries and worked closely with CEOs and boards to leverage these results. Specifically, she worked with clients such as Carlyle, EarthLink, Gerdau Group, Google and Morgan Stanley. Before that, DeRosa served as Assessment Practice Leader for Right Management Consultants. She provided assessment solutions to help organizations facilitate selection, succession management, and leadership development initiatives. Prior to her tenure at Right Management, DeRosa was a Clinical Researcher at the Yale University School of Medicine. She received her B.A. in psychology from the College of the Holy Cross and her M.A. and Ph.D. in social/organizational psychology from Temple University. She is a member of The Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), METRO, and other professional organizations. She has published book chapters and articles in journals, and recently co-authored Virtual Team Success: A Practical Guide to Working and Leading from a Distance with Rick Lepsinger (Jossey-Bass/Wiley).
