Michael Maccoby is a leadership consultant, psychoanalyst and anthropologist. He is the author, most recently, of The Leaders We Need and What Makes Us Follow, and Narcissistic Leaders: Who Succeeds and Who Fails (both books, Harvard Business School Press, 2007). He has taught at Harvard Business School, l’Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris, and Said Business School, Oxford University.
