Biography:

Barry Cross is a lecturer in Lean at Queen’s University School of Business. He previously held executive positions with Magna International, Autosystems and Dupont. He is the author of Lean Innovation: Understanding What’s Next in Today’s Economy, CRC Press, December 2012.
