Biography:

Barry J. Reiter is chairman of The Technology Group, a member of the Corporate Governance Group, and a member of the Executive Committee and a partner of Tory LLP, a law firm in New York and Toronto. He is also a director on numerous boards, including Algorithmics Inc. (Chairman), Alliance Atlantis Communications Inc. (Chair, Corporate Governance and Human Resources Committee, and a member of the Executive Committee), and 724 Solutions Inc. (Chair, Corporate Governance Committee).
