Chris Bart, Professor of Strategic Management, is the Founder, Principal and Lead Professor of The Directors College at McMaster University, Canada’s first university-accredited corporate director certification program. His forthcoming publication with Elliot Schreiber, Achieving the Execution Edge: 20 Essential Questions Directors need to Get Answered About Strategy Execution, is intended to give directors greater guidance concerning their role of providing oversight of “strategic execution.”
