Christine Pearson

Biography:

Dr. Christine Pearson is Professor of Global Leadership at Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University. She has built a global reputation as an expert on managing the dark side of organizational life and helped numerous organizations plan for, avert and contain bad behavior. Her research has been featured in more than 600 newspapers and magazines, and other academic journals, from HBR, SMR and Academy of Management Review, to Organization Science and Human Relations. She has written six books on crisis leadership and bad workplace behavior, and is currently completing a new book about contemporary crisis management. She earned her Ph.D. in business from the University of Southern California.
