Gordon Perchthold is co-founder and partner of Hong Kong-based The RFP Company, which assists multinationals to build multi-country business models and manage complex projects. Before establishing The RFP Company, he was a consultant, partner, and/or managing partner with Accenture, Deloitte, and ABeam Consulting (a spin-off of Deloitte in Japan-Taiwan). An Ivey graduate, he has served over 40 multinationals across 20 countries, the majority of them in Asia.
