Jay Rhoderick, founder and head consultant for Bizprov (www.bizprovgroup.com), has coached executives in negotiation skills at numerous organizations, ranging from Condé Nast and Herman Miller to JPMorganChase and the US Chamber of Commerce. He holds a BA degree from Swarthmore College and is a former faculty member of the Second City Theatre and guest instructor at Yale School of Drama.
