Peter J. Frost was the Edgar F Kaiser Professor of Organizational Behaviour at the Sauder School of Business, University of British Columbia. He is the author of Toxic Emotions At Work (Harvard Business School Press, 2003)), for which he received the Academy of Management's George R. Terry Award. Professor Frost died in October, 2004
