Prasad Kaipa, Ph. D. is a senior research fellow at the Center for Leadership, Innovation and Change (CLIC) at the Indian School of Business, and an advisor and coach to CEOs and board members through Kaipa Group, Campbell, California. Prasad worked with Apple as a technical advisor, product marketing manager, and a research fellow in Apple University in 1980s, and later consulted to Apple for several years. He sits on the board of directors of the International Leadership Association, and is co-author of the book, Smart to Wise: Acting and Leading with Wisdom (Jossey Bass, March 2013).
