Biography:

Patricia Lenkov is a Senior Managing Director at Teneo, an international C-suite advisory firm. Previously, Lenkov headed Agility Executive Search, a boutique firm she founded that made the 2018 Forbes list of America’s best executive recruiting outfits. Her work in executive search began with six and a half years at Heidrick & Struggles, where she conducted board and senior-level search assignments for Fortune 500 companies. She then spent four years as a member of the board of directors practice at Spencer Stuart. To date, Lenkov has conducted over 300 board searches. In addition to corporate clients, Lenkov works with some of the world’s leading activist investors recruiting board directors for activist slates. Lenkov is widely regarded as a thought leader on board recruiting, corporate governance, composition, and succession.
