Stephen Friedman, retired Chairman of Goldman Sachs & Co., is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and Chairman of Stone Point Capital. From 2002 to 2004, he served as Assistant to President George W. Bush for Economic Policy and Director of the National Economic Council.
