Thomas H. Davenport is the President's Distinguished Professor of IT and Strategy at Babson College, and the co-founder and Research Director of the International Institute for Analytics. His most recent book is Analytics at Work: Smarter Decisions, Better Results (Harvard Business Press, 2010).
