Robert Cunningham, Ivey MBA 1963, has enjoyed a career of more than 50 years in Human Resources Management and Labour Relations, in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. He is still active and shares his passion for Douglas McGregor’s philosophy with organizational leaders in those sectors. Robert lives in Halifax, Nova Scotia, with his wife, Donna, and their Chinese pug, Ruah.
