Jean-Louis Barsoux

Biography:

Jean-Louis Barsoux is a Term Research Professor at IMD. His research interests span from individual and organizational change to leadership and innovation. He is the co-author of several books, including Managing Across Cultures (with Susan Schneider and Günter Stahl, 3rd Edition, 2014) and The Set-Up-To-Fail Syndrome (with Jean-François Manzoni, 2002). More recently, he has published a number of articles in Harvard Business Review and MIT Sloan Management Review. He can be reached at jean-louis.barsoux@imd.org.
