Karen Macmillan


Karen MacMillan is a recent graduate of the PhD program at Ivey Business School at Western University in London, Ontario. She is currently working as a post-doctoral fellow through the Ian O. Ihnatowycz Institute for Leadership.  Her primary research topic is candor.  She is actively involved in a number of projects that explore how candid communication can affect organizational outcomes.
