Miriam Erez, is Professor Emeritus at the Faculty of Industrial Engineering and Management, Technion, Israel. She launched the Knowledge Center for Innovation in 2008 and serves as chairperson and Director of the MBA programs. She is the recipient of the Israel Prize in Management Sciences, 2005, and has published about 100 articles, book chapters and books on Innovation, cross-cultural organizational behavior and work motivation.
