Tim Calkins is Clinical Professor of Marketing at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and the author of Breakthrough Marketing Plans (Palgrave Macmillan, 2008). Prior to joining the Kellogg faculty he was a marketing executive at Kraft Foods.
