Felicia A. Henderson is a consultant, researcher, educator, and keynote speaker who works with businesses and their leaders to design and implement transformative diversity strategies. Felicia helps global organizations identify and address the psychodynamics of resistance to equity and inclusion initiatives. She works with individual leaders and leadership teams to install reflective practices that enhance capacity for leading inclusive cultures.
Felicia also lectures on corporate governance and other law and management topics at Sciences Po Paris, where she has been an Adjunct Lecturer since 2011. She has collaborated with INSEAD Business School in various capacities since 2020, where she is currently Programme Co-Director for the Advancing Diversity & Inclusion online course.
