Richard Leblanc is an Assistant Professor, Corporate Governance, Law and Ethics, at the Atkinson Faculty of Liberal and Professional Studies, York University. He is the co-author, with Professor James Gillies, of Inside the Boardroom: How Boards Really Work and the Coming Revolution in Corporate Governance.
