N. Anand is the Shell Professor of Global Leadership and the Dean of Faculty and Research at IMD. His research focuses on organizational change. He is also the co-author (with Jean-Louis Barsoux) of Quest: Leading Transformation Journeys, and has won numerous awards for his research and case writing.
